Shift Leaders and Cashiers
Open Enrollment for your 2025 employee benefits will take place Nov. 18th to Dec. 2nd. The benefits that you elect will begin Jan. 1st, 2025.
To start, change, or decline coverage for 2025, you must go online or call the FKG Benefits Enrollment Center. Benefits under this program that you already have in 2024 will continue into 2025 if you don’t change or discontinue them.

Call Center Enrollment
You can enroll over the phone with benefits counselors who are available to educate and properly execute your enrollment. The enrollment center can be reached at 314.563.2211 Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.
Online Self-Service
You Can will use an online enrollment tool that allows you to make benefits choices at your convenience.

Medical
You can choose from two plans administered through Bay Bridge Administrators, a partner of Humana. Both Medical include preventive care benefits which cover 100% of your preventive care services charges when performed by an in-network provider
